Frustration

Everyone deals with frustration day in and out. Some people either explode under the pressure or they never let someone get under their skin. But the question is how long can you be frustrated and not respond? It's a matter of being the bigger person in various situations and I know of course easier said than done, right? No wrong, I believe if given the opportunity to step back from the situation and analyze all points of view you might learn something about that situation. Most individuals want to be right in this particular instance, but maybe think wow maybe I'm wrong and this other person could be right about their reasoning. Today looking through social media I saw a post from an account saying be a bottle of water and not a bottle of soda. The person behind those words explained that when you shake a bottle of soda and then you finally open the cap it explodes because of that built up pressure; but when you shake a bottle of water and then open the cap the water has settled back to its original state before it was opened. Therefore, even though we all have our bottle of soda moments we have to push ourselves to be that bottle of water by keeping our emotions calm and not always feel the need to explode.
